Soon after Hof Wilming became a fiefdom of Haus Alst - in 1469 the Borchorst dynasty with the Hofe Wilming enfeoffed Droste zu Beke on Haus Alst, since 1549 that of Münster zu Alst and since 1602 that of Westerholt zu Alst - there was another in its vicinity Watermill built on the Leerbach.
