    Hiking

The hamlet of Kinloch Laggan occupies the north eastern end of Loch Laggan, a landscape of pure Highland majesty. It is in the very western reaches of the Cairngorms National Park and is within hiking distance of Munros Carn Liath and Gael Charn.

Interestingly, the beach here is the largest freshwater beach in Britain. There are a couple of luxurious holiday rentals here, owned by the Ardverikie Estate.
