Sprawling across 7,660 acres (3,100 ha) of the Great Glen below the slopes of Ben Nevis, the Aonachs and the Grey Corries, Leanachan Forest is a delight to explore. A working forest, the site produces huge quantities of timber every year. It hosts the Nevis Range ski centre and some premier mountain biking trails.
