Kilmer Trail follows its namesake creek through a shady forest corridor and is a relatively short climb with creekside sections and dense woodland scenery. Compared with some of the busier multi-use routes nearby, it’s an ideal route for a quieter trek through the mossy forest with occasional peeks of the creek and the sound of the running water along the way. This trail is typically combined with Quarry Court to connect with other paths to create short hiking loops on the mountain’s lower slopes.
