The former ammunition depot is now a monument, surrounded by bomb craters and fire-fighting ponds. It is now located in a peaceful and beautiful location in the middle of nature.

Hiking
North of the airport is the former NATO ammunition depot. There are a total of 16 ammunition bunkers on this site, of which the first 7 were built in 1960. The other bunkers were only added to the depot in 1975.
