The Schönrastalm was awarded in 2008 as the most beautiful pasture in South Tyrol. And rightly so: Here at 1,700 meters above sea level, it is really beautiful. And on the mountain pasture or in the mountain hut there is a special specialty - homemade raw milk cheese. Whether stinging nettle, wild garlic or walnut cheese, in your own small cheese shop you can have a delicious care package for the rest of the tour or as a refreshment afterwards.
