The Kemmlitz is a seven kilometer long stream that flows through the villages of Burkersdorf, Schlegel and Hirschfelde. It rises on the western slope of the Buchberg in the Oberwald, later flows through several ponds in Schlegel and merges with the Dittelsdorf water in the Kemmlitztal. About a kilometer further on, the Kemmlitz flows into the Lusatian Neisse near Rosenthal.

The section marked here begins around Schlegeler Mühle and leads to the B99, at the entrance to Hirschfelde. Is primarily a hiking trail, but can also be ridden with a normal touring bike.
