Aboveland lock - crossroads of the waterwaysThe Overland lock was built in 1898 to a design by engineer Jolles.The lock is a crossroads of waterways: the Oude Maasje (1) flows through siphons under the Drongelens Kanaal and ends in the Zuiderkanaal, while a sluice in the Drongelens Kanaal discharges the water from the canal into the Bergsche Maas.
