The refuge is located at 1670m above sea level. at the entrance to the Troncea valley. Easily accessible on foot or by bicycle, during the summer season, with snowshoes or cross-country skis in winter.
The restaurant offers typical local cuisine and is open every day during the summer and winter periods, on weekends in the autumn and spring months. The structure has 15 beds.

Refuge located on the banks of the Chisone stream, easily reachable by two dirt roads. You can park in Pattemouche and walk for a while, or get there by car (in summer, however, you pay the toll)
