The church and the parish complex of Sant'Apollinare are located not far from the town, in an isolated position. The facade, dating back to the 19th century, is framed in a rectangle defined by the pilasters and the band below the tympanum. The rectangular portal is inserted in a brick frame placed like a knife, as is the window which is aligned with the entrance. The triangular tympanum is slightly protruding on the edge of the facade.
