At Ferme Baré, in Balâtre (province of Namur) we have been organic for decades. The vegetables (carrots, potatoes ...) and cereals are cultivated in biodynamic agriculture.
Quality flours
The family has a mill, which allows the grains to be ground on a stone grindstone to make quality flour.
