Mountain biking
The concrete Nimitz Bridge was constructed in 1992 to replace the old wooden bridge built it 1953. The old wooden Nimitz Bridge was used by Navy recruits to go to Camp Nimitz when Naval Training Center is still operational. Navy-men marched across the old bridge everyday to get to and from the camp.
