Here you can find many things just not cars or people, but all the more wild Corsica. Miles after kilometer, it goes uphill and deeper into the Monte Grosso massif. Macchia as far as the eye can see, green alpine meadows with grazing cows and bulls, rarely a secluded mountain village and then the chestnut forest with the tennis ball large prickly covered beech plants.
Chestnut flour is used in Corsica in "Pietra" beer as an additive since 1955 and thus serves not only the wild domestic pigs as a specialty.
