Richard's Castle is a scattered parish straddling both Herefordshire and Shropshire on the western edge of the Teme Valley. The oldest part of the village is situated around its ancient castle, which has been left for ruin since the 16th century. Today, its earthworks and foundations still visible, hinting at its former glory.
