The ruins of the Sanatorium Grandella (or Sanatorium Albergaria as Francisco de Almeida Grandella intended to call it) in Cabeço de Montachique, Loures, are 100 years old and represent a seven-pointed star (Masonic symbol).

This sanatorium was never finished due to the bankruptcy of the Grandella family.
