Hiking
No spelling mistake! Gruhbänke were used to set down the baskets (this is the higher stone) and as a bench for the country people (the lower stone). They are only found in southwest Germany from northern Alsace via the Kraichgau to the Neckarland. They are due to paths that either led to the market or were often used for other reasons. Today the Gruhbänke from Galgenberg are still conveniently located ;-)
