    Hiking

Former town hall of Liempde, which was an independent municipality until 1995. That is still high for the municipality, according to the coat of arms on the side wall. Until the end of the eighteenth century, Liempde did not have a town hall. In order to be able to hold meetings, a 'raetcamer' is rented in an inn. Nevertheless, there is a need for its own town hall, which was built in 1787 after a design by the Boxtel architect Hendrik Verhees.
