The stream ends in the north in a large triangular pond with an island near the raised hill Wijnberg. This hill owes its name to the grape cultivation that was tried in vain here. De Wijnberg offered a view over the meadows behind and the chalet-style dairy farm 'Wildenburg' that was demolished in 1934.
