Here at Llangollen Wharf they run 45 minute and 2 hour Horse Drawn Boat Trips towards the Horseshoe Falls and 2 hour motor boat trips across Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. They have a Tea Room at the Wharf serving breakfasts, light lunches and afternoon tea. Home made cakes are our speciality. They also have self drive Dayboats for hire.

Easy route - head to or start at Horseshoe falls, walk to Trevor Basin and do the Aquaduct and back, 20km total trip.

For a big loop, 40km approx 8hrs, from the boat house head up Dinas Bran, take Eglwyseg and the offas dyke path to worlds end, continue north until you hit the "planks" heading to Llandegla and Cyrn-Y-Brain, take a left at Llandegla and hit the antennas, from there you have a few peaks in front of you and options, down the hill into Eglwseg for a shorty, or do the peaks starting with moel y faen, and end at Glyndfrydwy.
