This is one of the few chapels that we know when and why it was built....
Ignaz Höglinger's father-in-law made a vow during World War II that if one of his 3 sons returned from the war, he would build a chapel.
2 of his sons came home and the 3rd remains missing.
In 1949 the construction of the chapel began...
In 1972 it was demolished for road construction on Ameisbergstraße and rebuilt by the Fuchs family at the current location.
