This part of the Wall Trail runs almost parallel to the runway of Schönefeld Airport. Here you can watch great planes. In addition, you can visit numerous memorial sites and border fortifications via the paved cycle path. The wall path leads for about 160 kilometers over the old column routes, which the GDR border guard used for its former control trips.
