The St. Michael Stolln is located on the Erzengelweg between Lauter and Bockau. As a witness to the tin mining on the Habichtsleithe, there is a mouth hole with an information board. You only have to leave the paved path for a short time and after a good 5 minutes over hill and dale you can learn something about local mining.

Hiking

Not visible from the Erzengelweg, it needs to be searched for a bit, but is easily doable. A signpost would be "worth its weight in gold" and then there would probably be a clearly visible dirt path. This way, many simply pass by this mining historical site.
