Giant's Causeway and Causeway Coast Clifftop Walk

The raw elemental beauty of the Causeway Coastal Route captures the thrill of adventure in Northern Ireland. Maybe it's the sheer vastness and beauty of the landscape. Perhaps it is the mythical stories formed and inspired by the dramatic coastline.

The path over the cliffs above the Giants Causeway to the east offers great views and is much quieter than the causeway at the visitor center. Also, it is a bit more relaxed than z. B. on the Cliffs of Moher (better developed path, a little less on the cliff edge).

Fortunately, I didn't get a ticket for the visitor center (because of Covid-19 the ticket has to be bought in advance). So I decided to walk from a parking lot towards Giant's Causeway.

A beautiful hike along the cliffs. In the end I didn't even want to go down to the beach because there were too many people and I found the view much nicer.
