The Säntis at 2501.9 m above sea level.
The Säntis is the highest mountain in the Alpstein (Eastern Switzerland) at 2501.9 m above sea level. Due to the exposed, northerly location of the Alpstein, the mountain is a landmark that can be seen from far away. For example, there are houses in the Black Forest or on the Swabian Alb with the name Säntisblick. The Säntis summit offers a view of six countries: Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, Italy and France.
