Tips
For me, this is a very nice place, as it is partly located on an island in the middle of a beautiful lake. The facilities at Holma-Saarijärvi campsite include a fire pit, a shed next to the bridge that leads to the island, and an outdoor toilet. Firewood is available and is probably provided by the National Park Authority. There is another campsite on the west bank of the lake that also has a fire pit and an outdoor toilet.Leave the place better than you found it :-)

A "Laavu" is a low wooden shelter that is closed on three sides. This Laavu also has a fireplace.
