Hike, ski tour or mountain bike tour through a beech and spruce mountain forest to an old rafting pond and to the Dreistromstein on the Rennsteig.
This circular route starts at the Friedrichshöhe Nature Park Center and focuses on the forest and its animal inhabitants.
At the same time it leads to historical places such as the raft pond on the Langenbach.
Halfway there is the Dreistromstein.
The headwaters of the Elbe, Rhine and Weser divide at this particular geographical point.
You can easily get back to Friedrichshöhe via the Rennsteig.
