The Saint-Arbogast Church in Batzendorf was built in a neoclassical style in 1781, following the emancipation of the parish of Berstheim, of which it was until then a subsidiary.

The building is built according to the plans of the architect Nicolas Alexandre Salins de Montfort.

A painting symbolizing Saint-Arbogast healing the son of King Dagobert, decorates the walls of the church. On the tribune is installed the organ case made by Michel Stiehr in 1840. The instrument was rebuilt by Edmond-Alexandre Roethinger in 1926.
