Mountaineering
The historic Kössen smugglers' trail is a very scenic hiking trail that is not technically difficult, so it is also easy for children to do.

Mountaineering
The cross-border smugglers' trail connects Kössen with Ettenhausen and crosses the exciting Großache gorge. It is an ancient mule track that used to be used for illegal goods transport in earlier times.
