Mountain biking
It's a truncated cone-shaped rural construction, typical of Salento, built with the drywall technique. Generally with a sigle room with circular or quadrangular plan, has a considerable thickness wall that ensures a cool indoor environment even in the hottest months. They were used as a temporary shelter or storage such as a temporary home for farmers during the summer and for harvesting and field works. In fact it's possible to find inside them also small fireplaces, cisterns and recess set in the mighty walls.
