Good morning,
I had always planned the tour. I already knew the individual sections and wanted to put them together.
Unfortunately, you have to take your own food with you on the tour and I recommend it if there is little wind. Otherwise it can get pretty rough in the fields and on the Mittelland Canal.

If you want to extend the round a bit, you can go from the Dedensen sports field towards Holtensen, there towards Kolenfeld via the A2 motorway and then around the outside around the marl pit. Then the tour is easily half an hour longer and if you are looking for an adventure, you will definitely find something at the marl pit.
