Start of the Tugitalino Trail

ITINERARY .. FOR A TECHNICAL AND DEMANDING SECTION ..

Taking it from Montardone the first kilometer is asphalted and quite simple, then the road ends and you enter the woods. The roadway is always quite wide, but always pay close attention because the ground in some places tends to be very bumpy. In fact, if in winter it will be very easy to find mud (and a lot too), in the hottest and driest seasons the ground could more easily break and crack, creating furrows that are often very deep. All in all, a slightly technical trail, but also suitable for less experienced people who want to test themselves.

If done uphill starting from Fogliano, however, be prepared because either you have the right legs and gears otherwise you will often have to take the bike on your shoulders.
