Nelson’s Tower stands proudly on Cluny Hill, overlooking the town of Forres. You can make a donation to climb the tower and are afforded spellbinding views from the top. The tower was built in 1806 as a memorial to Admiral Lord Nelson. The canons at the entrance are supposedly from the fleet at the bombardment of Alexandria.
