The building was built at the end of the 19th century in 1885. During this period, the Iwanogrodzko-Dąbrowska Railway was established here, which connected the two villages of Dąbrowa and Ivangorod. The railway was built in the years 1882-1885, and Radom was the seat of the management board of the company that supervised the new line. It is thanks to this line that the city has gained a connection with cities such as St. Petersburg, Krakow and Vienna.
