Hiking
The Simmehof is at an altitude of approx. 380 m and offers a fantastic view over the Achertal with its countless cherry trees to the Vosges. The tradition of the Simmehof goes back to the 17th century. The farm has been family-owned ever since. Up until the end of the 1990s, farming, viticulture, fruit growing, livestock breeding and forestry were part-time activities here. The tradition of baking bread in the bakery with a wood-fired oven has been preserved to this day.
