Our certified Forestry School operates in our Tourism and Nature Science Center in Lengyel-Annafürdő, in the middle of the nearly one hundred hectare park forest, which offers many forest school programs with nature and environmental themes, as well as several handicraft activities for school and kindergarten groups alike. We can provide chalet accommodation for 43 people in the forest school building, but there are 6 more places for attendants in our higher category guest house. We can also provide canteen meals and additional accommodation for school school groups in the nearby vocational school in Apponyi Castle, but the kitchens in our buildings are also suitable for self-catering. In addition to the buildings, we find an outdoor furnace, a fireplace, a forest playground, an interactive nature exhibition, and a little further away, a small game park presents the big game species of our forests. The Hunyor educational trail starts at the entrance of the forest school, which presents the characteristics, landscape and natural features of the local flora and fauna. The Szarvasbogár and Örökerdő study trail presents the natural forest associations of the Tolnai Hill Ridge and the forest management aimed at continuous forest cover based on natural processes. The buildings have been renovated with the help of environmentally friendly technologies, so during their operation the solar panel, solar collector, wind turbine, gray water system, selective waste collection, composting and biological wastewater treatment can be observed.
