The Danube Cycle Path is a long-distance cycle path that runs for around 2850 km from the source of the Danube to its mouth in the Black Sea. It leads through the countries Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania. In general, the part from Donaueschingen to Budapest is considered to be well developed. The length of the sections is approx. 607 km in Germany, 403 km in Austria and 290 km to Budapest.
