Guru Nanak Lake is the largest lake in Berwick Springs wetlands, and is the centrepiece of the reserve. Formerly known as Berwick Springs Lake, it was renamed in 2024 by the Victorian Government in honour of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of the Sikh faith. A shared path follows the shoreline, making it a popular place for walking, and it's a great spot to watch waterbirds glide across the open water.
