Various renovation and remodeling work (most recently in 2000) have preserved the historical construction, but also the functionality of the building to this day. The administration of the municipality of Lehrensteinsfeld is located in these old walls to this day.

Hiking

The large half-timbered town hall in the center of Lehrensteinsfeld was built in 1591. Between 1905 and 1907, the building was substantially remodeled into its present form. The wine press was also housed here in the past. However, part of the building had to make way for the street.
