First mentioned as a parade ground in 1868. In 1911 for the first time flight days with demonstrations of single- and double-deckers. 1913 Inauguration as a flight base. During the First World War there was an assembly area for aircraft and flight training. After the dismantling of the airfield, the airfield was rebuilt in 1933. After the Second World War, it was taken over by Soviet aviation forces until 1992. Later use by civil aviation. The museum is divided into different years with original models, and contains a part of the history of the square, as well as a radar section ready.
