Today we made a great walk in the Meijendel dune area near Wassenaar.
Lots of variety in terms of nature, beach, dunes and a piece of forest at the end of the hike.
The beach route (4.5 km) starts at De Tapuit and runs to the beach via the Duincampus.
The oak route (3.2 km) starts at De Tapuit, passes a high viewpoint (Abelentop), the bird-watching walls and mainly runs through the forest.
The deer route (2.6 km) starts at the roundabout of the large parking lot Kievietsduin. It is a varied, hilly route via viewpoint "De Piek".
The white route (1.5 km) marks the walking path from De Tapuit to the Kievietsduin car park and back. This walking path passes the Monkeybos.
Do you prefer a longer walk? Then link two or three walks together.
