The small hermitage of Sant Roc is located in the north of the village of Sant Pere de Torelló, in the place known as Serrat de Nespla, on a small hill and rocky outcrop at an altitude of 735 m, and very close to the farmhouse. El Serrat.

The building dates back to the 17th century, and was built as a vow against the plague.

A small image is kept, very humble, which would surely be the first. The current image was executed by the sculptor Seguranyes de Vic. For the past half century, the altar has probably been presided over by a painting that occupied the entire back of the chapel and was burned in 1936.
