There is only one expressway with tunnels on which bicycles are not allowed to drive. Length about 4 km. Could you risk it?
Only from the next place you can drive again.
We went there by regional train from Lecco. The journey takes about 15 minutes.
Alternatively, there are also various ferries, but they will only run on a reduced basis in summer 2021.
