Most of the specimens in this pine forest are a century and a half old or more. They have heights of up to 18 meters high.
In this pine forest, curiously, there are two unique trees from the Community of Madrid: the Encina de la Manzana (with an estimated age of 250 years and a height of 12.5 meters) and the Encina del Paraje del Santo (old similar, with 11 meters of height and a thick trunk of 3.9 meters of perimeter)
