The history of the Keil and Fasbender brewery in Stutzhaus. The brewing rights in Luisenthal have existed for more than 250 years. Back then, as is common in Thuringia, there were also some small in-house breweries in Luisenthal. The brewery was founded by the brewer Johann Keil, who was born in 1838 and came from Mäbendorf. The second partner was Mr. Fasbender. From then on, the brewers came from the Keil line and the merchants from the Fasbender family.
