A beautiful high valley at around 2,000 meters above sea level, surrounded by the mountain ranges of the Hohe Gaisl, the Drei Zinnen, the Tofana and Monte Cristallo. The best cakes are at the Plätzwiesenhütte, but this requires a short detour.
