On the stone, found in a roundabout near the financial city of Banco Santander, the names of Juan de Dios Blasco Merino, Juan Manuel López Aguado, Felipe Aguado Serrano, Juan Aguado and Emigdio López Rivera are read. Underneath an inscription indicates that they were "vilely murdered" on August 22, 1938 "by the red hordes."
