To get to the hotbed from the El Mesto weir, we began to roll through the channel in the opposite direction to the weir. It is a wide path, although it requires some attention, as the side facing the river is unprotected and in some sections there is a vertical drop of ten meters. All the way is cyclable except for a small section in the middle part of the route.

The widening of the path indicates that we have reached the end of the canyon and we find a track, which we take to the right and begin to descend. After passing a U-turn to the left we find a detour to the right. This detour takes us towards the Hervidero waterfall.
