Although in some maps still recorded as (congestion) lake, here is no longer a lake, but a swampy meadow through which the Kalterbach meanders. In order to ensure the "fish passage" of the water according to the EU Water Framework Directive, the dam had to be dismantled.
Nevertheless, still a beautiful, idyllic place.
