On the slope of the Lagerberg stands the so-called "Dreikaiserhaus", which was built in 1847 to commemorate the meeting of European rulers. On October 7, 1814, when Europe was celebrating its victory over Napoleon, the princes met here at the foot of the camp hill to witness a great sapper and miner maneuver. Present were Emperor Franz I of Austria, Tsar Alexander I of Russia, and King Frierich Wilhelm III. of Prussia, King Max Josef of Bavaria, King Friedrich of Denmark and many other princes. After the maneuver was over, Emperor Franz I and his guests were invited to Count Harrach's castle. That is why the Sappeur Corps, under the command of Colonel Frantischek, erected this monument in 1817. In 1980 and 2014 the Dreikaiserhaus was renovated
