This sophisticated half-timbered house is located in the former town center directly on the dike. On the street side it is partly Two-storey expanded, so that a kind of dwelling with a gable is created on the back of the building. Some compartments still show brickwork in the decorative bond. The half-timbered cleats on the dike side are richly carved. An inscription gives the builder and the year of construction 1690, followed by verses from Psalm 34. The dating proves the house to be the oldest half-timbered building in Wilhelmsburg.
